These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Action Trivia. By downloading, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.

Using Action Trivia

You may use Action Trivia for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must follow applicable laws and these Terms while using the game. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Accounts and game progress

You can start as a guest and may choose to save your progress by signing in. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. We may suspend or remove access if an account is used to harm the service, other players, or the fairness of play.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use automation, exploit errors, interfere with the game or its servers, attempt unauthorized access, or manipulate scores, rewards, leaderboards, or matches. We may correct affected results or take action on accounts involved in unfair play.

Community features

Choose a respectful display name and use friend, match, and leaderboard features responsibly. You may not use these features to harass, impersonate, or share unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Virtual items and rewards

Coins, gems, rewards, and other virtual items have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not create any ownership right outside the game. We may adjust, replace, or remove virtual items and features as the game changes.

Intellectual property

Action Trivia, its content, artwork, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks or content outside normal use of the game.

Availability and updates

We work to keep the game available, but it may be changed, updated, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any related charges.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Action Trivia is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date above indicates when they were last updated.
